Online questionnaires and sophisticated computer assessment simulations are used to evaluate talented individuals in specific scenarios. These simulations can be used in assessing technical, behavioral and organizational competencies as well as performance on both strategic and tactical levels. By combining assessment methodology with technology we are able to include specific skill sets or a company’s own parameters for assessment.

The insights can be used to identify gaps in a candidate’s knowledge and skills to help them reach their full potential.
