Outplacement (Talent Redeployment)

There are a number of reasons that necessitates the restructuring of global, regional or local staffing levels. Often, one of the outcomes is the need to separate from employees. Outplacement is used by many companies to facilitate the separation process. This shows a continued responsibility and fairness towards the employees affected by restructuring programs. Our Outplacement program is designed to support managers and executives where we provide a combination of Coaching, Assessment and Training to enable displaced employees to become economically active again.

All candidates will be assigned a personal coach throughout the process. The candidates will benefit from our practical on-the-job experiences, but also from our insight in the areas of competency evaluation, development and recruitment.

Our Outplacement program for individuals or groups includes:

• Re-writing CV and development of individual and targeted cover letters
• Identification of target companies, positions and suitable network in these companies
• Active job search
• Intensive preparation for interviews
• Support in the selection of different employment offers and in contract negotiation
• Coaching during the first 6 months of new employment
